Micheladas and more

By Fernanda Noriega

It’s always a good time for a michelada. Whether it is hot, or cold; during sunlight or nightfall, a michelada is always a good idea to share a pleasant moment with your friends, partner or family. There is a place in San Miguel that specializes in preparing micheladas with a variety of sizes, flavors and combinations that you will love. You will find Micheladas y más on Calzada de la Estación. It is a pleasant place where you can spend an afternoon enjoying the broadcast of seasonal soccer matches, sometimes live music, but always a fun atmosphere while you enjoy your drink. The establishment offers a michelada bar where you can find classic micheladas, or with clamato; cheladas and various flavors such as tamarind, mango, strawberry and chamoy. They also have combinations of flavors such as tamarind/chamoy, mango/chamoy and strawberry/chamoy. And for those who prefer plain beer, they also have national beers.

Recently, the bar added some snacks to the menu, so now you can accompany your favorite michelada with shrimp, french fries, boneless chicken, cheese sticks, breaded fish sticks and more. Food is available from 2-9:30pm. A curious fact about the bar is that it has been used for the recording of a short film recently because of its traditional appearance. If you would like to come and try their variety of drinks, you will find them open from 1-11pm at Calzada de la Estación 122B. Cheers!
