Hello Edna,
I hope you are well! A few days ago I saw a publication on social networks that says that 89% of people live under stress. What do you think about that and how can we avoid it?

Hello Alfonso,
The definition of stress according to the Royal Academy of the Spanish Language is: Tension caused by overwhelming situations that cause psychosomatic reactions or sometimes serious psychological disorders.
The fact that a large percentage of the population feels tense due to various circumstances does not mean that it is best to accept that stress is here to stay in our lives.
The imaginary competition that is generated by social networks makes exercise cause tension, since maybe you don’t have the resources to buy the latest little towel that has just come out to wipe off your sweat and what about the little yoga pants to raise your buttocks and make yourself look better on Instagram, posting your story that you are just in your yoga class to internalize and cultivate the temple of the body.
The momentary relief from the stress generated by secreting dopamine when fulfilling your goal of showing all your followers that you are Zen and take care of yourself, stops the moment you publish your story and want to focus on the class in honor of the truth, and you don’t like it that much but it’s what everyone else is doing. You actually like to walk, but you wouldn’t look so good on your social networks doing such a simple activity. But, how do you think you learned to walk when you were a child and never had to go to an exotic country to learn. Forget it. Nor does it support the change of name from Guadalupe to Shante Ganesha.
Advances in communications have us swimming in a soup of invisible signals that impact and alter our bioenergetic fields. If we are not feeding ourselves with the right nutrients—and no, I am not talking about quinoa or the latest organic 35-vegetable smoothie. I am talking about foods that, when consumed, provide the right nutrients to our system so each of our cells and neurons can carry out their daily functions without becoming inflamed. The lack of functional nutrients in our body after a sustained time can take any organism from a state of health to a state of chronic stress.
A dopamine 1-2-3 diet is just the thing to counter excess stress:
- Turn off the phone.
- Stop complaining.
- Don’t do anything and allow yourself to get bored, until you find what to do with your precious life and realize that we are a living miracle.
The only responsible person who can take care of you and treat you well is yourself. Find the way to self-love, find peace in your mind and heart. Learn to enjoy sex: If you have never had a good lover, become the best lover and teach them.
Eat fruits and vegetables.
