San Miguel de Allende Moles Factory

By Jose Alfredo Gutiérrez Falcón

Moles Galdi is a new business in San Miguel de Allende. It has flourished, thanks to the efforts of owner Laura Ramírez. Her micro-business has been so successful because of the family recipes she uses. She is hoping to obtain the GTO license soon.

She began her business by producing 14 varieties of mole (a traditional Mexican sauce), with a single grinder. As a result of her great dedication, Laura has seen her undertaking grow. The quality of her products has spread by word of mouth, creating a group of dedicated customers.

By working tirelessly, Laura has been able to follow her dream. She acquired a piece of land and built a mole factory on it, Casa del Mole. There she produces, sells, and manages her microbusiness herself. She deserves credit for overcoming the obstacles confronting a new entrepreneur, and is proud of realizing her dream. Soon Laura will be able to receive visitors and clients at Casa de Mole.

Bazar MX invites you to enjoy these delicious moles. We believe she will create the best moles in Mexico. In our view, her innovative mango and dried fruit moles are especially interesting. Both have brought many new clients to Moles Galdi.

The market for this traditional Mexican flavor is growing. Laura ships nationwide, and is preparing for her moles to be available in the United States. We invite you to visit Moles Galdi at the Tianguis market on Tuesdays and at TOSMA (the Organic Market), on the Ancha de San Antonio, on Saturdays.
