Jack Paulus is the artist behind these incredible photos. He has been living in San Miguel de Allende full time for the last year and a half but this was the first Semana Santa that he has experienced. He was quite impressed by the participation and scale of the celebrations and very much enjoyed capturing a few of those moments in photos. He has been taking photos from the age of 12 and he can say that he’s never seen anything like the celebrations of Semana Santa and it was a pleasure to capture.
