Domestic Travel Dominates American Travel Habits
U.S. travelers aren’t looking too far beyond the horizon for their summer travels according to new analyses from Allianz.
The insurance company compiled a list of over a million flight itineraries and found that approximately three out of four Americans will be traveling domestically this year. Orlando, Seattle, and Honolulu are reaping the benefits are the top three domestic destinations.
For the Americans leaving the U.S. behind, Cancun has retained its top spot. The rest of the international destinations are made up of Caribbean and Mexican destinations well in line with the surge in luxury travel being seen across the world.
