Standing on the mat, bring one leg back, and lower that knee to the mat; or, you can keep it straight. Keep your front leg at 90 degrees (between thigh and calves). Bring your hands into prayer position at your chest and twist your torso toward your front leg. Place your opposite elbow on your front thigh and stretch your back.
