We Create What We are as a Being

By Tanya Kawan

I really like the peace that being in nature brings me. My favorite element is water. We have the great fortune to live in this place where there are hot springs, which are very healing.

I also like to ask the water to free me of any energy that is not in harmony with my being.

I love floating in it while I look at the blue sky, the branches of the trees, the birds flying, or I close my eyes and feel how I expand inside with my breath. I enter a state of peace and calm. I begin to flow directly with the impulses of my inner being. I realize that I am operating from a wisdom that is beyond the mind. I cannot find the words to describe it. As if I merged with the universal intelligence, and it began to move through my being, knowing what is best for me.

I try to find that space in my daily life. Suddenly, I will stop in the middle of the mental rush and start by feeling my feet, how they touch the ground, and I bring my awareness to what I am doing. It’s difficult, as I feel life speeding up more and more, it becomes more intense, there are more distractions, but everything is still possible.

My yoga and meditation practices also provide me with those oases of peace and calm, which help me reconnect with that space that lets me experience fullness and overflowing love.

Life is happening, and I realize that weeks have passed in which I have not taken the time to go out and explore these beautiful hills, to go to spaces where I can immerse myself in the abundant waters of Mother Nature, which are my favorite places for communion with my being.

But, I’m moving forward. I’ve already managed to leave my subscription to Netflix and similar platforms where I could binge-watch series. Now I invest my time in my creative process, but don’t be surprised if in one of those moments, I get the craving to watch a series and you’ll see me knocking on your door to be invited in (I’ll bring the popcorn).

My creativity also takes me to very beautiful spaces where I explore my being and nourish my interior. In the same way that I love to explore new places in nature, mountains, valleys, seas, lakes…I am discovering myself and getting to know personal aspects that I did not imagine existed. Well, somehow, I perceived it, and it provoked a great thirst for myself, to see myself reflected in my creations.

The universe rejoices to see how we express our unique creativity, and, with that, we enrich the great creation and add to this world with new experiences and ways of loving.

It is very important to remember that we are creative beings. We create with our thoughts, with our emotions, with our actions, with our energy.

And you, what world are you helping to create?
