But who is designing now? The couple left three children—their best team, their best allies, and DNA representatives in every way. After so many changes, they each laid the foundations with a life purpose. Marisol with several new collections makes her way in fashion. Her passion is to create designs that exalt women from head to toe—soft and fresh silhouettes in organic linen dresses, accompanied by beautiful shoes and accessories that give a touch of elegance, simplicity, and currency to the woman of today.
Paulina is in charge of promoting, selling, and marketing. Paulina’s goal is to share the happiness that buying a pair of shoes or a garment from San Miguel Shoes brings to the home no matter where in the world you are—great, comfortable, colorful, durable, and affordable designs. All this would not be possible without acknowledging who is behind the quality and perfect manufacturing of well-made footwear, handmade in San Miguel. Jesús leads more than 80 people who process your desires to enjoy comfort, starting with your feet.
Its stores nationwide reflect how well Martha and Santiago educated their proteges to continue the family tradition. With a lot of love, they taught them the noble trade of footwear. Today their children have a corporate and social responsibility for implementing standards and processes that benefit their staff, along with a goal of continuing their parents’ legacy by creating a school for future generations. They treasure their human capital as their main asset and promote their continuous development in an environment where where gender equality is present, thus creating a better working atmosphere and demonstrating that diversity is a value that creates a competitive advantage.
