The Bazaar Alternative Design is an open space in our city, for independent art and design made in Mexico. Since 2013 we have been working in the city with the format of a traveling market, with various locations. We are very happy to return in 2022 with the first bazaar of the year in a special edition to be held at Casa Europa this January 22 and 23.
Taking this beautiful space in the Historic Center as venue, we want to invite artists and the public to join the national fashion and design consumer movement and celebrate with us what is handmade in Mexico.
The bazaar will be made up of a group of Mexican artists and designers who will show illustration, fashion, hand looms, macramé, handmade jewelry, painting, leather products, among other pieces. The best part? All made in Mexico, in limited editions or unique pieces.
Give yourself a chance to get out of the big stores and take a look at this bazaar that has many creative and innovative products.
We seek to combine the innovative, aesthetic and local economy, to create new platforms, from which independent designers try to enter the market. Here we do not seek direct competition, but mutual support so that any brand can grow.
Our mission is to promote and honor Made in Mexico and the work of emerging Mexican designers.
