Pueblo Bonito, Hyatt, and CleviĆ”, are the new international hotels that are expected to open in San Miguel by the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023.
According to municipal information, the construction of these three new tourist hotels are in complete order with their permits.
According to data from the Secretary of Tourism of the State of Guanajuato, the Heritage City of San Miguel has 3,384 rooms and 235 hotels. It is worth mentioning that rooms also refer to vacation rental houses.
San Miguel de Allende is a benchmark for investment and the large international hotel chains know this, which is why we are listing the new hotels that will soon be opening.
Numu Boutique Hotel, from the Unbound Collection By Hyatt, is located on Nemesio Diez. The hotel, which is scheduled to open at the end of this year, will have a total of 44 rooms, two restaurants, a bar or lounge, and an outdoor spa and pool.
This project is one of the 31 hotels to be opened under this brand. In 2022 they are opening in Zambra, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt; in Mijas, Spain (formerly Hotel Byblos); Fuji Speedway Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt; in Oyama, Japan; Grand Resort Qingchengshan, a Destination by Hyatt hotel, in China; Andaz Prague in the Czech Republic; Andaz Nanjing Hexi in China; Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach in Thailand; Grand Hyatt Kuwait; Grand Hyatt Gurgaon in India; Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula in China; Park Hyatt Marrakech in Morocco; Park Hyatt Jakarta in Indonesia; Alila Kothaifaru Maldives in Maldives; Alila Taihu Suzhou in China; Hotel La CompaƱĆa, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, in Panama City, Panama, and Numu in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico (information from.US magazine).
CleviĆ” Hotel & Residences from the Collection Autograph Hotels by Marriott International in San Miguel de Allende will be a new development that belongs to Grupo MĆ©xico Plaza and Royal Home. The Autograph Collection is described as prestigious boutique hotels of unique design. Each hotel in the Autograph Collection has been carefully selected, chosen for its connection to the hotel’s surroundings and marked by its attention to detail in every aspect.
Grupo MĆ©xico has two hotels in process in LeĆ³n, a hotel in Irapuato, one in Celaya, one in Silao, and now this megaproject in San Miguel de Allende, located on Josefina Orozco street, near the exit to Celaya . It consists of 78 rooms and 42 residences in which they will be investing more than 600 million pesos. It will open its doors to the public in mid-2023.
Autograph Collection hotels are in Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Barcelona, āāChicago, London, and Dubai. In Mexico there are four hotels under construction: in Mexico City, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Nayarit, and San Miguel de Allende.
Pueblo Bonito San Miguel de Allende, located in Distrito CorazĆ³n, behind the new Zeferino GutiĆ©rrez park. With 150 rooms, including 30 houses and 20 large villas, the investment is between 350 and 500 million dollars and the inauguration is expected at the end of next year.
Pueblo Bonito was conceived in Mazatlan in the 1980s. It is a Vantage line hotel and boasts of being one of the best new hotels in what is considered the most beautiful small city in the world.
