Located at Calle San Francisco 11, Steak House is unique in its style and its menu, specializing in high-quality cuts of meat. The dim lights and formal tables make it feel as if it could be anywhere in the world. The director of PR, Fabiola de la Cruz, received us and shared details about the restaurant, which has completed a year of service. “For us it’s very important that diners feel comfortable, like at home. We serve a wide variety of the public of all ages. They really like the formal but fun atmosphere.”
Steak House San Francisco has all kinds of wines to enjoy and an extensive menu by Chef Toño Villanueva. He’s also Executive Chef of Cielo Roof Top and La Dos de Sollano. There are many dishes worth trying. For starters, I highly suggest the crab cake, soft and subtle; or the San Francisco oysters and the Iberian ham. I highly recommend the Premium quality cuts from the U.S. but also the Napa Valley Wine Striped Bass, which is a great option for those who prefer fish. And desserts! The blue cheese cheesecake and the chocolate cake are delicious. They also have artisanal ice cream from Michoacán.
For this season they’ve prepared a couple of delicious cocktails. The first has a sweet potato base, mixed with gin and a touch of rosemary and mint. The second has the flavors of tangerine and the addition of piloncillo. During the Soccer World Cup, you will be able to watch the matches at the bar, while enjoying tapas and incredible cocktails. Wednesdays are 2-for-1 Margaritas all day. You can book through Instagram, Facebook, and Open Table, or at the number 415 688 30 01.
