After returning to the on-site format and celebrating a successful edition in February 2022, receiving more than 57,000 visitors, the organization announces for the next edition of Zona Maco 2023 to be held from February 8 to 12 at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.

In this edition, the fair will take place for the second time in halls A, B, and C, and once again the floor plan will be designed by the Dutch firm Tom Postma. Zona Maco, Mexico Arte Contemporáneo, Zona Maco Diseño, Zona Maco Salón, and Zona Maco Foto will converge under the same roof to welcome professionals, collectors, art lovers, and presenting international exhibitors as well as a program of conversations and parallel activities.

Zona Maco, founded by Zélika García, continues under the Artistic Direction of Juan Canela and the Operational Direction of Asbel Ramírez who will work with the curatorial team formed by Direlia Lazo (Havana, 1984), Zona Maco Ejes; Esteban King (Mexico City, 1986), Zona Maco Arte Moderno; Luiza Teixeira de Freitas (Rio de Janeiro, 1984), Zona Maco Sur; Sara Hermann (Santo Domingo, 1969), Zona Maco Foto; Alfonso Miranda (Mexico City, 1978), Zona Maco Salón; Cecilia León de la Barra (Mexico City, 1975) remains as artistic director of the Zona Maco Diseño fair, as well as curator of the Emerging section along with Joel Escalona (Mexico City, 1986) and Jorge Diego Etienne (Tampico, 1983).
