Cooking class: Chile relleno

In this class chef Dilery Sanchez will guide us into the making of this traditional dish of Mexican cuisine: STUFFED CHILE. We are also going to learn how to make fresh nopal salad, handmade tortillas and salsas. The class includes artisanal beer.
